The XDP Xpressor Turbo (Remanufactured Stock Replacement) XD556 is a direct-fit replacement for the worn turbo in your 2011-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax LML. Next, checks are performed for microscopic damage at the housing, compressor, turbine wheels, and rotating assembly. Before reassembly, all bearing surfaces are precision machined. The wheels and rotating assemblies are balanced to OEM specifications. All critical wear parts such as seals, thrust plates, bearings, and fasteners are replaced.
A 100 percent end-of-line testing is performed through the full RPM range along with a NVH analysis to ensure the highest quality turbochargers and components. In addition, hot gas stand and burst test validations are done as well as hydraulic and pneumatic leak testing.
