XDP Connecting Rod Bolt Kit 2001-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax
Upgrade the factory connecting rod bolts on your 2001-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax LB7/LLY/LBZ/LMM with the XDP Connecting Rod Bolt Kit XD3019RB.
Constructed from Chrome Moly with a proprietary element added for additional strength. A tensile strength between 220K-236K psi and a yield strength between 210K-230K psi ensures these bolts can handle the increased power and will not stretch like the factory bolts.
Each bolt is manufactured in an ISO/TS 16949 quality control factory and features threads that have been rolled after being heat treated. These bolts are perfect for high-performance applications and are reusable when compared to some of the OEM Torque-To-Yield (TTY) bolts which much be replaced after each use.
Assembly lubricant sold separately.

Tech Tips: XDP X-TRA Slick Engine & Fastener Assembly Lubricant (Sold Separately): The use of XD541 is highly recommended during engine assembly. Apply XDP X-TRA Slick Lubricant to head studs, head bolts, main studs, main bolts, connecting rod bolts, and any other fasteners used during engine assembly.
Using a proper assembly lubricant during fastener installation reduces friction and torque pre-load scatter in the torquing sequence, while also helping to prevent thread galling and seizing.
